Gondomil House | Turism at the Douro

It is an independent house, located in a paradisiacal and unique place and running since 2006. It has 2 double rooms (1 twin and 1 double), bathroom, kitchen, living room (with sofa bed) and a terrace with a beautiful view to Douro River.

The house is made of stone and it was build in the forty’s decade, showing an architectural style typical from the region. Formerly, it used to be the farm tenants accommodation. It is located inside an agricultural property, called “Quinta de Gondomil”, implanted in a slope on the right bank of Douro River and facing it for 200 meters.

It was recently refurbished and fully adapted with all the amenities and comfort conditions, such as free wireless internet access, central heating, air-conditioning, solar water heating and solar photovoltaic power unit.
